Regulatory status

JDG is a legal consultancy providing an alternative way to access legal support. 

This will be fully explained to all potential clients prior to on-boarding to ensure clients are clearly informed of the implications of this mode of practice before instructing JDG. 

Essentially, JDG is not a law firm and it is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). When advising clients, JDG is not acting as a Solicitors Firm and any legal services must only be relating to "non-reserved" matters and, additionally, JDG is subject to certain practice restrictions. 

In any case, we maintain our solicitor's practicing certificates on a personal basis, as well as professional indemnity insurance.
