Regulatory status

JDG is a legal consultancy providing an alternative way to access legal support. 

This will be fully explained to all potential clients prior to on-boarding to ensure clients are clearly informed of the implications of this mode of practice before instructing JDG. 

Essentially, JDG is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). When advising clients, JDG is not acting as a Solicitors Firm and any legal services must only be relating to "non-reserved" matters and, additionally, JDG is subject to certain practice restrictions. 

In any case, we maintain our solicitor's practicing certificates on a personal basis, as well as professional indemnity insurance.
