John trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer at a leading international law firm in London (Debevoise & Plimpton). He specialised in private equity investment funds, subsequently working at another Tier 1 firm (Kirkland & Ellis).

After his time in private practice, John worked on a large-scale development project as a Manager in the legal team, advising on complex commercial and procurement projects.
John is highly experienced in international matters and has practiced as a lawyer in London, Hong Kong and KSA.
He earned a distinction in an Arabic programme at SOAS and can speak, read and write to a high level.
John earned his BA from the University of Oxford (Magdalen College) before completing his law exams at BPP (GDL and LPC). He lives and works in London.

She began her career at Clifford Chance, where she trained and excelled as a Senior Associate. She then spent 12 years at KPMG UK as its Assistant General Counsel specialising in transactions, regulatory compliance and commercial matters.
